With RLC Distributors, you can import almost anything provided it fits in the Australian Government and Customs guidelines.

For all non-customised products, we hold a large range of stock in our warehouses, and can offer same day delivery, when ordered before 10am.

For customised orders, this depends on the type of order, and level of customisation. All customised orders require 5-6 weeks before delivery, however this can vary, so please contact us for a more accurate time frame.

Most websites list the weight & dimensions for the listed items however if the website you are shopping at does not provide this information the easiest way to get is to email the Retailer.

In our experience most merchants will respond to you within 24 hours. You should ask the merchant for the packed weight & dimensions and if the item is packed into more than one carton, ask for the weight & dimensions of each package. Bear in mind that US merchants will usually respond in feet/inches & pounds.

If the Retailer is unable to provide this information you can usually find it on the manufacturers website.

The RLC Distributors shipping price is based per cubic metre of container. There is no limit on quantity, as long as it fits in the one cubic metre space. If you require more than one cubic metre, arrangements can be made to have this included in your shipment at an additional cost.

RLC Distributors will contact you prior to delivery of your order to agree a delivery date and time window. If you are not home at the agreed date/time we will reschedule with you.

RLC Distributors currently delivers to any Sydney postcode (personally) and interstate via couriers.
